"One of the accountants went to Human Resources and made a
formal complaint against a senior VP who has been coming into her office
and making her feel very uncomfortable."
He comes in while the accountant is at her desk and makes
inappropriate gestures and comments. Unwanted touches have occurred and
the accountant had told the Senior VP that his behavior is unwelcome and
that she is offended.
How the system works:
I set the speakers on the desk connected to the Ethernet. I was able to look in
on the location form my office to make sure it was working and then set
the after activation record time for 60 minutes. Obviously I did not
need to set time parameters. Both the video and audio will be recorded
when she activates the system with the panic button.
I told the accountant to press the Wireless Panic Button that she
kept in her pocket whenever he came in. She liked the idea of not being
recorded other than when he was in her office.
We used the system again during his termination interview so that
Human resources could let us know if he became aggressive He did,
fortunately and the officer was
alerted immediately of the problem and they took him out in handcuffs.
