Step 8: Custom
Adjustments - Bark Pick-Up Sensitivity and Water Correction Spray Timing
There are two adjustments
on Model WJKS.5 which allow the customer to custom tailor the WATERJET
KENNEL SILENCER to his specific kennel arrangement, Bark Pick-Up
Sensitivity and Water Correction Spray Timing. Both adjustments are
located on the Bark Pick-Up Unit. To increase the sensitivity, turn the
knob labeled "S" clockwise. To decrease the sensitivity, turn
the knob counter-clockwise. The sensitivity adjustment range available is
from relatively dead to whisper sensitive. You will have difficulty
getting the system to spray when relatively dead, and the sound of the
spray itself may retrigger the system when whisper sensitive.
The Water Correction Spray
Timing is adjustable between 2.5 and about 26 seconds. To increase this
timing, turn the knob labeled "T" clockwise. To reduce this
timing, turn the knob counter-clockwise. We recommend that you use the
least timing as needed to cover your kennels with a water jet-spray.
