Reverse
Engineering of PCB's is one of our specialties. We can handle
complex multi-layer cards with our computerized processes.
We can create schematics, new layouts,
artwork, and improvements to old, obsolete designs. New chips can be
substituted and new features added. This includes fine-pitch, double
sided, multilayer PCB's.
What you can receive :
Complete schematic diagrams in Orcad, PowerPCB or
Versalogic, hard copy and CAD files. Includes point-to-point
wiring diagrams.
Complete hard copy bill of materials (BOM) with
individual data sheets on each component.
Complete Gerber photoplot files for the
production of the PCB.
Prototype PCB assembled with components for
testing and evaluation.

Our clients for these services range from the Video Game Industry and
repair depots on up to the US Department of Defense in some projects
we aren't allowed to talk about, and some we can, such as certain missile
test equipment. For example, we redesigned obsolete 5-1/5
digital voltmeters for the Minuteman program, and replaced complex
Frequency Response Analyzers for the USAF Peacekeeper program with
completely compatible modern equipment.
Legal restrictions may apply because of software,
and we will not violate copyright or patents.
For fastest quotation, please email don.d@mitsi.com with a digital
photograph of the front and back of your card, along with approximate
dimensions. Please let us know what you need, such as a
netlist and bill of material, or a 'clone' of the card,
and/or a schematic. These steps occur in order, and get
increasingly more expensive. |
