Limited Warranty
Mitsi warrants that its modem rack
products are free from defects in material or manufacture for a period of 5
years from original date of purchase. Any OEM Manufacturers warranty
will take precedence over this limited warranty. During the
first five years after the original date of consumer purchase or receipt as
a gift, if defective, Mitsi will repair or replace the unit, with no charge
to you for parts and labor. This warranty does not apply to failure of the
unit resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect or mishandling.
If this product should become defective within the
warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge, including free
return transportation, provided it is delivered prepaid and insured to
Mitsi. Parts and/or replacement product supplied under this warranty may be
new or rebuilt at our option.
The consumer's sole remedy shall be such repair or
replacement as is expressly provided above, and we will in no event be
liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or
inability to use this product for any purpose whatsoever. Some states do not
allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so
the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty and
guarantee give you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights
which vary from state to state.
