Static Controlled Facility
	Everything here is well grounded, with coated flooring and anti-static workstations.
Environmentally Friendly
	Mitsi only uses water - H2O - Aqueous cleaning in a Freon-Free Facility. Both Wave and SMT soldering lines are available.
Surface Mount Assembly
	8-zone SMT convection oven is computerized in each zone for repeatability.
Electrical Test
	Testing cable set top boxes
	Our Functional Testing department uses custom computerized test equipment to isolate failures at each step in the production process.
Robotic Pick 'n Place Equipment
	The pick and place machinery uses a caMERA to locate the PCB design fiducial marks to calibrate itself, then places all of the fine-pitch devices
Low, Medium, and High Volume Assembly
	These cards are made in high volume for a major Japanese fax company. This Mitsi design uses extensive SMT. Cost is under $100.00
